Your safety is our highest priority. Marathon Suite Hotel maintains clear procedures, trained staff and rapid-response channels for all emergencies. Below are the primary protocols and contact points.
Fire alarms, extinguishers and clearly marked emergency exits are provided throughout the property. If you discover a fire, activate the nearest alarm and call the front desk immediately. Follow illuminated exit signs and staff instructions for orderly evacuation.
For medical emergencies, contact the front desk immediately. We will assist you to summon local medical services and provide first-response support. If you require ambulance services, dial the emergency number provided by staff.
Security staff patrol the property. Report theft, suspicious behavior or any security concerns to reception immediately. We will cooperate with local authorities when necessary.
In the event of an evacuation, remain calm and follow staff instructions. Proceed to designated assembly points and wait for headcount and further instruction. Do not re-enter the building until authority gives clearance.
